Turkey Burgers With Roasted Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

  • ¾ pound ground turkey
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 teaspoons all purpose flour
  • 1 pouch Daily Pantry Roasted Mushroom Simmer Sauce
  • Cranberry sauce (optional)

Directions

In a bowl thoroughly combine the turkey the Worcestershire sauce, the Dijon mustard and ½ the onions. Form into burgers

In a large heavy skillet heat the oil over a medium heat and sauté the burgers until cooked through –about 6 minutes per side. Transfer burgers to a plate

To the skillet add the remaining onions and cook till translucent. Add the pouch of Daily Pantry Roasted Mushroom Simmer Sauce to the skillet and bring to a slow boil

Add the flour and thicken the sauce about five minutes stirring constantly.

Spoon sauce over the burgers and top with the cranberry sauce and serve.
